My guess is that the shooter was someone that was either turned down, or a loved one was turned down for some kind of procedure/tretement.
The media has speculated that the shooter may have used a can and was perhaps a "professional". His wife has stated that they/he have been receiving "threats".
Uhhhh, a "Pro" doesn't issue "threats, particularly not in advance of a hit. So, I'm going with a private citizen/non-"Pro" that somehow got fucked by UHC.

Could it be ? Yes.
Is it indeed a can ? I don't know.
But, can or no can, I'm sure that makes no difference to the victim. And, personally, I don't really care if a can was used. Other than the potential black eye that it will give legal/law abiding can owners. The msm will be sure to gin this one up, whether they know the facts or not.
