If someone has spleen and colon contusion from a routine colonoscopy, they likely need a further work up by a good internal medicine doctor.
Those injuries would not be easy to cause, even trying, with a scope on a healthy person, I would not think
And anything is possible.
Not as many as Mosin46, and have been there for several.
The current scopes are a tad bigger than an AA battery, very flexible.
I just told em at my last one to do the endoscopy portion first!!!
