From the FAA Airman Regsitry. Note that there is "No Medical Information Available." He probably had his medical certificate revoked or was denied when he reapplied for a medical certificate. There's a 99.99% chance that his career is over.

It’s the chaos, other humans, filth and being treated like basically freight that bothers me.
No idea on the sky, but the colregs requires all ships to carry a English speaking person to communicate on the radio on the water. I wish they had to be proficient, talking to them is tough.
All international (and of course US domestic) air traffic control comms are in English.
It's put there to comply with the ICAO requirement that all pilots understand English. It's not a limitation per se but that's the only place to put it on the certificate.
but our gov says flying is still safe. haven't done so for 40 myself. no plans to.
