I suppose the real question is whether the Chinese Communist Party is a enemy of the US. If we truly believe that, we probably should not allow unfettered data collection down to the keystroke level and manipulative algorithms. An enemy shouldn't be allowed privileges that citizens have constitutionally. Is China a global enemy?

Those clutch teeth notches happen in all those Ford and GM 10 speeds with enough mileage. Steel clutch teeth splines mated up into aluminum splines was not a good idea. Pretty much makes this part a consumable at rebuild time.
A better idea would be to get rid of the single sided clutches in that pack that utilize very thin steel cores and go to a conventional double sided friction and steel pack. That way, the steels would be thicker and take longer to get to the level of notching in your pic. Hopefully, the aftermarket will come up with a better solution than what the OEMs have beta tested the vehicle buyers with.
