It sounds like the J6'rs are already being released.
Well, today has been very interesting hasn’t it. “People” who’ve barely posted in 5 years or more are now actively posting all sorts of stuff. In some cases, they joined a few weeks ago.
typical and part of a group that will prob have to be put down hard. they aren't gonna change and it's a huge group.
i think the cap police were pardoned as well, but i don't know about prison staff, and anyway this would be post pardon,
if so,a felony assault and battery and police excess force violations.
The aligning of factions in both civilian police and the military with partisan politics is a danger that every republic faces. Even in this day and age, in a country like the USA with the most access to information and the most peaceful transfers of power compared to the rest of the world, the threat of a real coup or civil war is merely one wrong turn from the main road into a dark side street.
The Marshals need to be mobilized immediately and any officer and commander that has been found to have defied the order need to be arrested and charged with treason. This is how actual coups start and suppression with force if necessary is needed while it is still local.

It looks like the prison guards and capitol police will be making up new charges on the J6 defendants that have nothing to do with what happened on 1/6/2021.
They will accuse them of assaulting a prison guard or something else while incarcerated; starting the legal nightmare all over again.
