Some sort of universal thing. I never had a reason to get close to it. It was behind a museum, across from a golf course. Never saw a vehicle there. Now looks like it was never there.
Problem with the non-major brand of chargers is that they suck; they’re generally 240 V at a very low charge rate. Which basically means no one‘s gonna use them and unless you got a bunch of tax credits for installing it… It’s useless.
