Bea Arthur is solid work.

I can assure you that there was still one in Australia about 20 years ago, just off the coast road between Cairns and Cooktown. I see no reason it wouldn't still be there. Only bar for miles, I was cautioned to not take my girl there except during the day and be very careful if I went there on Friday or Saturday night as locals got a little lively. We stopped by there but had to make a river crossing before high tide so didn't go inside. I had pictures but don't know where they are now. I wish I could remember the name of it, was in the middle of nowhere.
Maybe some of the Aussies hereabouts may chime in...

Yeah, I'd imagine so with wild fires.
But nobody in their right minds would even consider doing a burn in high winds....
You haven’t met some of my crazy neighbors. It’s almost like, if there’s a wind, they make it a challenge to see how many neighbor’s homes they can burn down. The stronger the wind, the stronger the challenge (in their minds)

We have one who always waits till there’s a north wind blowing so everyone can enjoy his garbage/brush fire’s smoke. Parish wide burn ban, hey there’s a north wind, so grab the matches and the brush.
