It has essentially outlived it's usefulness as clearly our principals no longer align with the Europeans at all.
My Danish grandmother (RIP) hated the Germans, and when Germany unified after the fall of The Wall she was certain that they would try to take over Europe again within my lifetime.

A gunfighter and outlaw who had been just a bit too slow on the draw on his final showdown, mortally wounded but still able to ride out of town into the desert. Knowing that death is inevitable by the gaping wound in his side, he finds a rock outcropping and buries his accumulated loot under a mound of pebbles, thinking that if he were to survive his injuries by a miracle, he might come back for it at a later time. Once again cursing the 'coward' who had opened fire on him with a rifle from the second floor of the town's guest house, he sets off into the desert under a blistering noonday sun. "Thomas Graves, you card cheatin', betrayin' bastard. I should have shot you when I had the chance long ago", he muttered as he walked. He knew that a certain old medicine man lived far out in that direction and maybe he could do something about his injury. He continued walking, until exhaustion, heatstroke, and blood loss caused him to collapse among the gravelly sand of the wide, barren emptiness. His final thoughts drifted to a very special lady whom he knew was still waiting for him far away. Someone who he could have started a new life with, but had left behind to continue pursuing the ways of the highwayman...
I wonder if thats confederate money on the left. We used to find it in old houses in Virginia in the 50's, not worth the paper it was printed on.
Depends on the condition and the year, $1 confederate could be worth $100 or more.
Been that way since the day after the EO was signed.
Probably not if you have an IP address in Mexico though.
