A few pics I took today in the appropriately named Paradise Valley in Montana.
Went for a walk around an island on a local lake when it was -3°F. Was shaking out some clothing choices for coyote hunting. Those large ice blocks are where the thin ice started, going almost all the way to the far shore.
Crawled over a dead tree to avoid it.
Kinda wish I had an ice fishing shack. I dislike fishing but it’s be a cool way to get away from the wife lol. I’d install a little wood stove and take a nap.
Playing with the spotting scope. Just free handing my phone and it's old. So doesn't show as good as the naked eye.
