40g poly tips will make it through soft armor

The aluminum core stuff from FN with the LEO/MIL velocities go through III / IV panels like there butter.

Especially out of a 16 inch barrel, but equally so with a handgun.

I’d honestly be concerned about over penetration when using it for self-defense… poly tips are the king of self-defense for that. Though the American eagle TMJ rounds also do a surprising amount of damage.

Those holes are hand loaded 40g running low 2k fps from a 16 inch barrel. I believe they will do some real damage in the right loading, and over penetration is a definite concern.

The rounds your talking about would definitely have over penetration

Who says the NSA or anyone else works for 'us?' The last 35+ years have sort of given that fairy tale a pretty good wringing out...

Just 'sayin.
I get where he’s coming from though… Doesn’t the NSA and all the rest, at least on paper, work FOR the President as Intelligence agencies? Why would it be a big deal if they intercepted, if they work for you? And if not, (which has proven to be true, over and over) why are they allowed to exist? And who do they actually work for? And what are they doing with the information?

I do... and it's because the man was a total disruptor... an outsider who hacked and clawed his way into the Presidency.

The left has compared them many times. And I think, rightly so. Because they both absolutely were crass outsiders who smashed their way into the White House. Jackson was a divorcee, a plain-talker, a warrior (Trump only in the economic sense) and a disruptor. They are very much kindred spirits!!!

I think they would be peas in a pod. Both out to wreck 'the system.'

Don't confuse Andrew Jackson or his tactics with the current commies. It's just that they morphed into that.

Hell, I like Andrew Jackson! Fucker shot a ton of British.

But that's the roots of the Democratic Party. Not in supporting a Republic. Or true (Websters definition) Republican ideas or precepts.

Sirhr
Shot some of them Brits with a gator. "Stuffed his head with cannonballs and powdered his behind, when we touched the powder off that gator lost his mind." Probably some other parts as well. Damn, showing my age.

Walter prefers a mouse

Those dogs aren’t exactly known for their speed or hunting prowess… likely found the mouse already dead or dying = most likely poisoned.

Unless she saw him catch it, she should have done a better job getting it away from the pup before he ate it.

Walter prefers a mouse

You can hear him thinking "Keep the fuck away from my mouse, bitch."

When I lived on the farm, I had three beagles. The kids would let the dogs lick them, especially in the face.

People should not let dogs lick them but I won't get into that. This video, on the other hand, is a good reason why.

Back to the beagles. I shot a groundhog one day, cut off the legs and cut slits up the back & belly. The pieces were tossed to the cute little beagles.

The rest looked like an animal planet video with blood and guts everywhere. The cute little beagles had blood all over their mouths and snouts, which they licked off each other.

I shot the ground hog about 9:00 AM. By the time it was noon, all that was left of the marmot was a hide and skull.

The two smaller dogs were playing a tug-of-war with the hide while the larger beagle gnawed on the skull. Then they lay down underneath the shade of a tree with distended bellies.

That display bloody gluttony was enough to convince the kids to stop letting the dogs lick them. Learning had occurred.

Interesting, haven't seen the 5 lb cans before, nor Bandon Fisheries brand. That does seems to be the going price for shelled out Dungeness crab. What is funny is there is no sea food processing facilities in Bandon so don't know where the brand name came from. The bar crossing there is too rough in the winter to support any type of commercial fisheries, have to go to Charleston on Coos Bay for that.
