As reported by The Harvard Crimson, Charles Lieber “started his new role at Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, where he now holds the school’s highest faculty rank, in Shenzhen, China, on April 28.”

Lieber received two days in prison, six months house arrest, and a fine for hiding Chinese government affiliations and a $50,000 monthly salary and quietly retired from Harvard in 2023, as The College Fix previously reported.

Cornyn is going DOWN!

Cornyn down 17% to Paxton on republican polling and down 20% for democrat polling.

Cornyn down 17% to Paxton on republican polling and down 20% for democrat polling.

I generally dont donate money to political candidates, but I will be giving Ken Paxton some money to defeat Cornyn...

I suspect Cornyn and the Texas GOP will do some shady shit like they did in 2020 to squish other candidates in the primary... Stovall caught them colluding in the 2020 primary, but I dont think anything came of it.

Well, fuck him with a cactus, again

All the bullshit anti-gun owner shit he's promoted, voted for, he deserves to be sent packing. I hope when he's sitting in the backyard pontificating where he went wrong, a rabid weasel rapes his ear

interesting case if you read it
wiki -

United States v. Wong Kim Ark was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court which held that a child born in the United States, of parents of Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the Emperor of China, but have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China, automatically became a U.S. citizen at birth. The ruling determined that the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution granted birthright citizenship to all persons born in the United States regardless of race or nationality.

" In a 6-to-2 decision, the Court ruled in favor of Wong Kim Ark. Because he was born in the United States and his parents were not “employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China,” the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment automatically made him a U.S. citizen. This case highlighted a disagreement between the Justices over the precise meaning of one key phrase in the Citizenship Clause: “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”

as for laying out the case that you have to be here legally, I must of missed it.

I did see this reaffirmed -

"The Fourteenth Amendment affirms the ancient and fundamental rule of citizenship by birth within the territory, in the allegiance and under the protection of the country, including all children here born of resident aliens, with the exceptions or qualifications (as old as the rule itself) of children of foreign sovereigns or their ministers, or born on foreign public ships, or of enemies within and during a hostile occupation of part of our territory, and with the single additional exception of children of members of the Indian tribes owing direct allegiance to their several tribes. The Amendment, in clear words and in manifest intent, includes the children born, within the territory of the United States, of all other persons, of whatever race or color, domiciled within the United States. Every citizen or subject of another country, while domiciled here, is within the allegiance and the protection, and consequently subject to the jurisdiction, of the United States."

14th needs a, "parents must be citizens".
Maybe why Nancy Pelosi wanted - H.R.1177 - U.S. Citizenship Act
This bill establishes a path to citizenship for certain undocumented individuals. The bill also replaces the term alien with noncitizen in the immigration statutes and addresses other related issues.

He is a cancer in TX and MUST go
I’ll say it every time his name comes up: Fuck that RINO Cuck John Cornyn, edit: yes, sideways with a cactus.

He’s the very archetype of a narcissistic backstabbing politician, who’s only real loyalty is to himself, and his only allegiance is to The State in furtherance of centralized power and control.

ABC… Anybody But Cornyn

Where's my tinfoil hat?

I am going to call bullshit, two years and who funded her "research"?

Besides, unless 95% of the people here were there, I'd just as soon be rotting on the surface than be trapped underground with the society we have morphed into
