For those who don't know, Beard Meets Food is a Youtuber that does eating challenges from various restaurants from around the world. He just posted the one from my brother in law's family restaurant. My BIL is the third "Joe" in the video, Jojo. I don't know who the second "Joe" is, but the first is my BIL's father.

According to him, on days he isn't competing/doing challenges he runs a considerable calorie deficit to compensate and keep the daily averages to a more reasonable level.
He does tend to put on a fair few pounds when on his trips.

I far overdid the jalapenos for years. Now the mere whiff of one has my guts start churning.

I still eat all sorts of spicy, just that jalapenos are on my no fly list because I may shit myself before it's down and then feel like burning hot fire in my guts for days.
