All along the border, Americans and even Canadians simply cross over, and streets are lined with pharmacies, with English-speaking pharmacists, who have everything, including the most asked for dugs at very low prices. Do a little shopping, have lunch at a big restaurant, and walk back over the bridge. Many winter Texas get their annual supply there. No BFD.
