Immigration and Nationality Act
This strips the Article III courts’ jurisdiction over immigration cases. This was passed in 1952, and has been amended several times. (Authority: Article III, Section II, Clause 2) To ask the Supreme (Article III) Court to rule that it is itself in violation of the Act is a pipe dream as they have been usurping the powers of the other two branches since Marbury vs. Madison (1803). The solution is to impeach each judge in violation. The President is required by his oath to defy and ignore such unconstitutional orders, in order to "...preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."
On September 30, 1996, President Bill Clinton signed the "ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION REFORM AND IMMIGRANT RESPONSIBILITY ACT OF 1996"
Under Sec 302, it states that illegal aliens can be "removed from the United States without further hearing or review".

It is estimated that over 20% of online community college enrollments per year are siphoning off Pell grant money meant for low income students. The Dept. of Education, starting next week, has now instituted mandatory identity checks for all first-year students receiving financial aid. DOGE and Ed are actively working on a technology-based solution now that will be deployed ahead of next year’s loan season.

This isn’t even the big scam. The big scam is students who take the loans and then do not attend class. It’s a very common practice, particularly among students who transfer from a 2 year school to a university. They don’t lose their loans until their GPA drops below a certain point for more than one consecutive semester. Since many of the 2 year schools are not any harder than high school they come in with a high GPA, so it takes a while for it to drop far enough. These students just go away when the money cuts off, and they have no intention of ever paying it back. Ideally, attendance would be a condition for all student loans.

it goes back (i think) to this "continuity of government" thing, which apparently allows or requires the government to hide anything that would threaten this "continuity". that is allegedly the reason or excuse for the "prohibited" files that even the IGs or congressional committees could not access,

This is the economic conditions we are heading into. If you didn’t see this coming as a natural outcome of Obscare and the insurance industry you simply have not been paying attention. Oh, just in case it was missed: close your legs and this problem will not occur. I guess that means old school morality and shame actually served a purpose.

Our twins were super premature, it's a miracle that neither of them has any issue more major than one is deaf in his left ear. That being said they spent about 2 months in NICU. Before insurance the bill was 1.9 million dollars. I just laughed when I got the breakdown. After insurance I paid $900.
