I think there are some members from Canada on here so is it true they are forbidding people from walking in the woods even on private property in certain areas?Cant tell real from fake nowadays so have to get it from a native. Also a 25K fine for disobedience? And Trump is a dictator?

Yeah it’s true. Give your government an inch. Just like here in the states after the fiasco of the Boston marathon bomber search where they instituted “shelter in place” a.k.a. “martial law” to search for one unarmed 19 year-old kid who was hiding in a boat in someone’s driveway. Ever since, “shelter in place orders” have become more and more common.

If the gubmint is doing it to try and prevent forest fires, that's one thing. They get hellacious terrible forest fires and trying to prevent them isn't unreasonable.

OTOH, if it's just a thinly veiled threat to take people's rights from them, that's another thing altogether.

Then, there's the subject of the whack jobs that go out and intentionally set forest fires.........

That seems extreme by almost any measure.

Then again, there’s this that has been going on since the beginning of the year:

Each of the orange tags are an active wildfire or group of wildfires in the same area.

On the other hand, none of those are in or near Nova Scotia, where this incident apparently occurred.

Now you know what HATE looks like. Evil, socialist party lackies out to punish anyone but the guilty party. No jail time for arson and not a thing being done to stop actual crime.

Evil is all about control of the peasants and creating a culture of fear in the sheeple. Read that article and take that poll. 15% of respondents think a $25K fine for walking is perfectly fine.

Next up……

Came here to bring this up. Sensors in the forests with ai watching everything is closer than anyone will admit. Hunger games here we come.

Watched a good interview with Catherine Austin Fitts the other day. They touched on this very topic. Among many others. I'll post it if anybody wants to see it. Or you can just search her name on the Danny jones podcast on YouTube.

I wonder what the summer fire season map looked like in 1925...1825....0025...

now, look at the last 10 years, or 20.....

wild fires have been a thing long before man has been around, shit, its been a thing for so long that nature has modified itself to profit from fires, making the land and forest healthier after the fire has happened.

sorry your girl lost.....

I could randomly select like 5 dudes from this site that could take Canada over. Wouldn't even need a firearm, you could just aggressively yell foul language and use offensive hand gestures and Canada would capitulate faster than the french in 1940.

Many of us believe a large portion of the wild fires in Canada are the result of arson. Those caught are not punished severely. These new government mandates are a revamp of covid mandates designed to hasten 15 minute cities and other 2030 initiatives. The critical component of all these plans is making the majority of the population physically and emotionally dependent on the government for all directions and needs.

Many people believed large portions of COVID cases and deaths were actual COVID cases and deaths too.

Starting arson fires in some of the most remote unpopulated land in the northern hemisphere. Why? If it wasn't being reported 99.999999999999% of the world would still have no idea any of it is on fire.

Some are almost assuredly arson, dont get me wrong. But summer fires in remote overgrown forrests aren't new.

We saw sevral fires along the highway here one day. And they were likley arson. 3-5 fires starting spaced along some of very little Forrester pand in any direction.

I am not sure of the last few have been a poacher covering up the elk he kept killing in that area. Or some sicko. I can say one of the last bad ones started in about a 20ft section that actually had fuel. Staring a fire for miles either other direction down the highway would have burned some grass out of the bar pit.

I have notices over the last few years, they don't even try to find the people who start the fires. It used to be a big deal to find them.

😂😂😂

I merely posted some information for your cretin mind to digest. Thanks for making it personal rainbow child.

By the way, I agree with you, so does that mean your girl lost too? 🤔

It’s interesting how many times a new fire on the map is within a few hundred yards, or less, of road access. It seems a lot rarer to see a fire start deep in the wilderness far from where someone could drive to.

Taking the rights of citizens away to "protect" them is the antithesis of a free society. But we know that, and have watched it a thousand times in the past couple of decades.

That being said, the amount of fire bugs who are deliberately setting a lot of these fires is concerning. It would be nice to read a story about one of them getting caught and having a little 'frontier justice' administered... accompanying photos of their bodies being lowered from the tree would be a bonus. If it happened a few times, I wonder what the following year's forest fire map would look like? Maybe 25% less?

I haven't looked for any trends as such, but have been suspicious for a while. I also look around at out forrests in CO and they are prime with overgrowth and beatle kill.

Sucks to suck. I’d say it’s 50/50 retards starting fires/gubmint knee jerk.

I mean America can’t have an autobahn because of retards, so it tracks that Canada will ban its subjects from going into the woods just to limit the amount of retards in the woods.

Is it right? No. However retards are gonna retard.

@Sean the Nailer ?

Their arson and weather modification is "climate change".

it is my opinion, that far more of the fires are 'human caused' than 'natural'. Add to that, the ridiculous amount of laws and mandates regarding forestry practices and such make these areas of land 'tinder and fuel' as opposed to a "healthy forest".

But when a 'fire map' is overlayed onto a "road map", there are far too many correlations to say that it isn't human caused.

To that end, I'm more of a Vlad the Impaler school of thought.

Arsonists, Theives, and Hijackers should all be suspended by pikes, and left in the town squares. In a VERY short amount of time, those crimes will reduce to almost nothing. A) would be the removal of those actually doing such, and 2) others would learn through the various "where's Jerry" lessons to amend their ways.

As you can probably guess, I've no use, quarter, nor defense of meth-heads and such.
