Girls camping in New Mexico when the Trinity Test took place. There was no attempt to evacuate anyone near the test site. The girls thought the soft white flakes falling on them were some kind of snow. Only one of them lived to be 30 years old.

one would think that would be a hellouva breech of security to have a bunch of girls camping to pose for a picture when the bomb went off at sunrise (0530 that day) sure looks awfully well lit picture for that to have actually occured..... smells funny to me

The background of the first photo is most likely a photo shop. Google the story if you don't believe it happened.

That's difficult to watch.

Out of sight, out of mind, out of conscience.

There are quite a number on this very forum who openly say that these backward “savages” weren’t really anything to begin with, so no big deal - our presence there was a “blessing” for them.

Sickening, right?

The first picture is probably fake but there are a lot of links out there to corroborate the story.

The camp is about 50 miles away fro the test site. Roswell is about 100 miles from the test site.

The full name of the dish is chile con carne. The translation of that is literally chile with meat. No where in that name do you see beans mentioned. There’s only two ingredients in chili, chile peppers and meat. Debate over.
There’s no ham in a burger either.

Quoting from a study on the availability of credible nuclear design data available in open sources, “Hansen noted in 1971 that R.B. Jewell, the Chief Engineer at the United States final assembly plant for nuclear weapons, told him that unclassified materials published in open sources were “highly unreliable and sometimes conjectural” (2007, p. I-ix). After many years of research, Hansen said he “came to appreciate the truth in Jewell’s words: there is very little about nuclear weapons and testing in most publications that is accurate”.

yea, I dont believe it. absolute, total bullshit.

if you think its real, explain the USS Indianapolis.

why would the military involve a bunch of broads in this top secret operation, but let a shit ton of men die on a ship that was on a mission no one in the actual theater of battle knew about?

you need to spend 2 minutes reading about the manhattan project and how they compartmentalized that project, to know there is no effin way they told a bunch of rando wimmins to go pose for a picture to commemorate the event.

Try this on for size, does the bulletin of atomic scientists lie?

A guest on the annual hunting trip was an ER doc. His residency was in the south and the hospital was spending a fortune to replace lots of equipment. Fatties would flip exam tables when they sat down. They broke toilets as well.

The carbon footprint of those folks and their 15,000-25,000 daily calories consumption is wild and who is paying that food bill???

Some of my coworkers from maintenance are bitching about the wall mounted comodes in the Roadside Rest Areas for thee same reason. The anchor bolts are pulling out of the walls from the weight applied. It is simple physics and strength of materials.

It also follows along with, “It’s a loosing battle. We try and make things ID10t proof and Nature/Society makes a Bigger ID10t!” 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️
