It’s not.Looks like poke to me.
I appreciate you, buddy. Keep up the awful work
This reminds me - I’m giving serious consideration to planting a couple fruit bearing mulberry trees. Anyone have one? Trying to figure out of there is anything special I need to do when I put them into the ground to give them a solid start. Probably going to get some that are 5’ tall.
@lariat If they will grow in your zone then you don’t really need to do anything special except what @oneshot86 says. My parents live in northern IL(waaay outside the Chicongo area) and have numerous mulberry trees near their house house that were not planted, they just grew spontaneously from a bird or squirrel shitting the seeds in the right spot. We were back in the area for July 4th and picked a mess of them to mix with ice cream.I love mulberry trees. We had them in the Chicago area and we have them in the Tampa area.
Don't plant them where they will grow over the concrete, the falling berries stain and don't plant where you park cars, the birds love them and will shit all over your car.
Where are you at.
No special needs, just don't break up the root ball, dont plant too deep and water for at least the first 30 days
Looks like Virginia Creeper. Shit is a menace here in Utah!!It’s not.

Note the leaves, The fruit cluster style and most importantly, poke is a scrub and woodbine is a vine. Those in my picture are 15’ in the air on a power line.

They are closely related. In fact another name for woodbine is false Virginia creeper. The leaves are not as sharply defined as is the Virginia creeper.Looks like Virginia Creeper. Shit is a menace here in Utah!!
Radio Head
ScuppernongNow do scuppernong ... we grew up foraging both.
Why? The berries stain and all that I have been around have bug or mite issues in the fruit. Web and army worms love them too. This reminds me - I’m giving serious consideration to planting a couple fruit bearing mulberry trees. Anyone have one? Excellent! Maybe.Radio Head
Hole
Smashing Pumpkins
Sound Garden
Alice in Chains
Green Jelly
Screaming Trees
Wood and Nails
Matchbox Twenty
Green Jelly is as alt as it gets. They started in 1989 as Green Jello but got sued and changed their name to Green Jelly. You are probably right about Pearl Jam and Nine Inch Nails though.Excellent! Maybe.
I believe these were all intended to be ‘90s alt bands, which would make those two Pearl Jam and Nine Inch Nails. But I could be wrong.

They make great pies. Why? The berries stain and all that I have been around have bug or mite issues in the fruit. Web and army worms love them too.
