Does Tikka make a .44_" (6ARC / 6.5 Grendel) boltface?

Or, think there is enough material to open up a 223 Rem boltface for a 6 ARC build?

Tikka bolts are all the same OD. a 223 can be opened to a .5 magnum.
You’ll be fine having it custom cut.

There is a thread about this in gunsmithing. At this point, any competent gunsmith can do it.
