I'd heard about this several years ago. It's very hard to distinguish signal from noise in the world of Op Mockingbird. Just like all the hoopla about releasing the lists when they waved a bunch of folders for the cameras, only to find out it was the same flight lists etc that's been public for many years. There's nothing new under the sun...
OK, just ONE MORE thing Trump is right about. Get the loonies off the street and into institutions where we can get them help, and most importantly get them out of mainstream society. In hindsight, we really f'd up closing all the mental hospitals. They needed to be cleaned up, but we should have never sent everyone to 'out-patient'.

If someone is that deviant, there’s no reason to send them to a mental institution. You have all the evidence you need to dispose of him permanently. I don’t want to pay for his upkeep with no hope of rehab.
exactly right. have said many times that life in prison punishes the tax slaves. don't know cost per felon per year but long ago i heard 50K/yr +. took FL 10 years to execute Ted Bundy,appeals,appeals,appeals. a gross miscarriage of justice for the people of FL. and everywhere else he committed his murders. as in many cases the lawyers are out of control on this issue as are the liberal bed wetters.
