They sold them at the fair here. You put a 16 penny nail in the nose for ballast and decorated them with colored electrical tape.

Ugh. I went there today. I truly hate the place. Unfortunately there isn't a Home Depot within an hour of me and I seeded a small amount of gravel and 3 bags of quickcrete.
