Fine is a big time rino. at times he,like other rinos, comes up with a good plan. this should get in. it won't. if the lt thinks about it,it has nothing to do with practicing Islam. you can still do that. this has to do with making laws generated by the worst parts of it illegal. all of those are contrary to our constitution and inalienable rights. the lt will shit itself over this of course.stop more from coming or it doesn't matter what you're doing today. it can all be undone when there are enough of them.

Every time we take my MIL in for an emergency, they want to run batteries of tests to determine why sometimes when she suddenly stands up she faints. They are looking for this or looking for that, and what stops them in their track is my one simple question. What are you going to do if you find it? I point out at 92 she won't survive whatever treatment you are going to perform. The normal response is 'well at least we would know'. Again I point out she won't survive their treatment. After she stabilizes, we sign her out AMA (against medical advice). They HATE that.i saw this same kind of thing decades ago...
i was fired after i confronted a "doctor" that had ordered a cat scan on a dying liver cancer patient.
the patient was "no-code", meaning if he went into cardiac or respiratory failure, they would let him die.
well, the patient coded 1/2 way through, and the "doctor" told the nurses and techs to finish the scan so they could bill it.
i went off...and then got fired.
this was back when almost everyone was 20/80, so the family would be paying for some of that scan on their dead father.

Postprandial hypotension: Some people, particularly older adults, experience a drop in blood pressure 15 to 45 minutes after eating a meal.
Yeah, and if you look at his fairly recent history, he'd be one of the last dims that I'd expect it from. Kinda doesn't reflect well on any of his constituents. The only reasonable "dim", that actually has a brain in his head, and compassion in his heart.
Can't believe I'm typing that, but, I'll give credit, were credit is due. Mac
exactly. in my 40yrs i have seen diagnostics usually always take precedence over therapeutics. esp true in ICU. the risk and work of the testing eg transporting someone to CT who is on a vent and 8 drips never an issue. at least for those writing the order. what are we gonna do with the info? who knows usually? gets more confused with advanced age like your MIL.Every time we take my MIL in for an emergency, they want to run batteries of tests to determine why sometimes when she suddenly stands up she faints. Assuming that they checked the resting BP and found nothing abnormal it looks like your MIL is pulling too many Gs with her worn out leg veins and could benefit from the home version of https://www.flighthelmet.com/category/PRGS.htmlEvery time we take my MIL in for an emergency, they want to run batteries of tests to determine why sometimes when she suddenly stands up she faints. ...kinda what I was referencing. With the strokes/health issues he's had, his short circuitry has seemed to have fixed itself. Sort of, anyways. Hell, I'm of the thinking, he's more R than all the Rino's that seem to be coming out of the wood work on our side. Never the less, good on him, like you say.
Someone could propose trading him for Murkowski so we do not have to suffer her until 2028....kinda what I was referencing. Not really. She has what she calls 'spells'. The BP drops and stabilizes in about 30 minutes. She won't remember it later that day. My hypothesis is her veins aren't stopping the blood from draining down to her feet and the blood pools in her lower extremities and starves the brain, so she passes out.does it happen soon after eating?
