It is quickly evident when you draw an acetaminophen level if it will be fatal or not.
Esp if its been too long since ingestion and you arent able to give the antidote.

If there is actually a strong social media trend for pregnant women to take Tylenol to spite the right wing politicos, the motivation to create that trend is deeply evil. Current events sure seem to drive us all back to the religious threads.

Nearly every drug has side effects, ibuprofen has been shown to cause kidney problems in fetuses.
The women virally taking tylenol are not OD'ing ... tylenol is still one of the only options for treating fever which if left untreated is also dangerous for the fetus ... one tylenol is not going to kill anybody or their baby
Plus, the nurse spreading the story about the OD has spread false stories before ... she's in it for the clicks
