Russia has declared that a Cold War is over and a 'fiery' conflict with the West is now under way.

They should be able to skip Ukraine and just destroy most of western europe. Poland and other former subjects of communism may have something to say about it.
The Europeans are salivating at the chance for a new big war.
I'm betting they are going to get it with a series of false flag attacks.
Then as always the more crafty and evil and cunning Europeans will drag the stupid Americans into it thanks to the evil of our own politicians.
Then Russia will have to decide to either hand out nukes to all of Europe or become a colony and puppet state of the USA.
The other question is can the nuclear war stay limited to Europe or do the 2 actual folks that matter start lobbing nukes back and forth at each other?
I'm guessing in the background China is probably pretty pleased with how it's going & how it will go either way.

From what I have read from a few sources, russians were trying to get into Afghanistan for trade routes, etcetera. So, the CIA had an asset who was already known and dependable and connected. His parents were business partners in an oil company with the governor of Texas who would one day become president.
Osama bin Laden was essentially running an intelligence gathering operation. The database, AKA Al Quaeda. He and his Mujahideen were keeping an eye on russian infiltrators.
So, yeah, I kind of get how Russia is not viewing this as a cold war because we have been friends with Ukraine for some time regardless of the ukrainian government being corrupt.
