Suppressors Trust question

When purchasing a suppressor when I send up the forms with a copy of the trust, do I add the item(suppressor) I have purchased and am waiting on the tax stamp onto the trust prior to sending forms to the AFT? Or am I sending a copy of the trust to the ATF just to prove I have a trust, then add it onto the trust after I receive the Tax stamp? Thanks

No. You add it to your Schedule A AFTER it has been approved by the ATF and you receive your transfer. If this is your first NFA transfer, your Schedule A should be funded, otherwise your trust is invalid. I am not a lawyer. There is plenty of info about this online and on this site if you use the trusty search function.
