Need similar powder to IMR 3031

I have a shorty FAL 14.75" with PWS comp for legality. Shooting 145gr FMJ at around 2400-2450 with the IMR3031. Its my night hunt pig gun for short range and I want to avoid the flash.

The IMR works great but it is an extruded powder and would really like a ball powder so it feeds better through my powder drop.

Was thinking RL7 but I don't know if that is too fast? Any tips?

reloader 10 is closer than 7, or H335

Benchmark. It flows well out of a powder hopper.

Yeah, ya think? I have the chart and I have reviewed it. I was looking for a bit more practical experience. Thanks to the rest of the posters for your information.
