OK, after lurking a long time I had to register just to praise Thunderbeast. Ordered a 30ba brake for a GAP rifle and then found I could not order a suppressor -without- a a brake. I emailed them and Nora went above and beyond. She called both GAP and my local class 3 shop and set everything up. I'm impressed!

Good choice with Thunderbeast for both their product and service. Their service has always been stellar in my experience.

I talk to Nora or Amanda weekly. They are both great, work tirelessly, and don't get the credit for their work. Best customer service in the business.

Re: impressed by Thunderbeast service

Nora and Amanda rock. I know I can be out teaching a class or doing a demo and anyone that calls for me will be giving top notch service. They make things run smooth for us. I couldn't do what I do spending time out setting up matches like the SH Cup or the 24 Hour SAC without a solid team in the office. I think I appreciate them the most.

Re: impressed by Thunderbeast service

I have been away from this for years. What other companies provide this kind of service? Gap is courteous, but not helpful ( at least by email). I suppose they are just very overwhelmed with orders. I still have to pick up something to run a ballistics program. I have to carry a blackberry for work and I don't use it for anything non work related. So far low weight has been the sole criterion for a personal phone.

Thanks for posting the feedback, its great to hear! I had heard about TBAC's rep as far as suppressors go, but hadn't heard anything on customer support. One of the main reasons to buy a product has to be customer support.

Re: impressed by Thunderbeast service

I had another good experience with a suppressor manufacturer so I guess this is as good a place as any to post it.

I had a SAS Arbitor spontaeously disassemble during a match last month. Several of you were there and witnessed it. No baffle strike, just a weld failure. Several hundred 308 and 243 rounds through it. No magnum or full auto. Sent it to Mile High Shooting who is apparently handling things for the manufacturer during his cross country move.

Had the suppressor back in about 3 weeks, repaired no questions asked, and no charge.

So special thanks to SAS and MHS on providing great customer service.

Re: impressed by Thunderbeast service

Hands down the best CS that I've dealt with to date... now if the ATF could approve my form 4, I'd be able to comment on they're cans as well.

TBAC listens to their clients as well... a while back I asked if they could make thread protectors for the 30-BA brake.... not long after they made a fine product that exceeded my requirements. Comunication and shipping has always been first class.

Re: impressed by Thunderbeast service

My buddy, who also has an FFL, just got set up as a dealer with them and had nothing but good things to say as well. I'm waiting on my first suppressor from them, check was cashed by ATFE on 10 July, so I'm hoping to see a TBAC 30P-1 under the tree this December.
