Bondo, used sparingly, has it's place with stock work when filling "little uglies" and for getting a surface nice and level in preparation for a super nice paint automotive type paint job.

For a long time I used to just rob piece of cardboard box for mixing the stuff up. I finally found a resuable surface that's cheap and cleans up super easy.

Next time your in Wal Mart pick up a couple of delrin cutting boards. I think I paid about $3 a piece. Bondo/bedding/epoxy won't bond to the orange peel finish. Just let it cure and it peels right off with a scraper.

Seems to be working really well. Just thought I'd pass it on.
