Does FNH USA still have Customer Service?

They were a great help in assisting me with information when I wanted to make a purchase.

Now that the barrel has failed I can't get them to respond so I can send it back.

Does this make any sense?

I have had excellent results with FNH USA
But, thats with 411 and such.
I would imagine you will certainly be taken care of.
Actionguy will catch wind of this and lite a fire accordingly
I would reckon......

What happened to the barrel?

When my SPR required service, I simply called, waited on hold for ~5 minutes, spoke with the technical assistance person, who instructed to box it up and send it back with a note explaining problem. It went very smooth and easy.

For Customer Service call 800-635-1321. Discuss your concerns with them. Or you can just go to the website, www.fnhusa.com, select the Support tab and download the return form. Instructions are there, or if you speak with the CS rep, they will walk you through it. Have your product number and serial number handy when you discuss the problem with them.

I am not directly related to Customer Service duties or responsibilities, but let me know how it turns out.
