Halcyon612 post above already stated this..... She died of an overdose a couple of days ago. I personally don’t think she would not have worked if she could find a job. The state and Fed Gov. will get its half of whatever is left in estate taxes, I doubt at her age she set up any kind of safety net.

ya..i saw this story about 4-6 months ago on Fox News Channel...pretty much the only news channel that reports this kind of stuff (the truth about the slugs in our society). Then i saw she got arrested about a month or so ago for fraud, likely due to the FOX news coverage prompting an investigation

So let me get this straight, I take a career ending injury and medically retire from my department. Once I did this, I immediately began collecting my tax dollar funded pension (tax free). The same pension that, if I was not working, would put me below the poverty line. But since I decided to stay with the municipality and continue working as a civilian, I'm a piece of shit?
So what your saying is I should quit my job, stay home, collect my pension and collect tax dollar funded welfare to support myself and family? That is absolutely brilliant, no wonder California is so fucked up.
