I have constantly tried to reach my hand out for hand shake, but you continue to degrade me in one form or another and I don't know why? If that is not a "Cool Kid", I don't know what is. I though love it when people berate and degrade me on the Internet! Serious I live for the stuff.. I love it because I am trying to teach people that people who do not give you sex, or determine your pay grade.. really do not matter. As a matter of fact, you want to let him keep on degrading you just so you know the type of character he really is.

My aunt was a TRUE operator, in every possible way, then after the MaBell break up, her job was outsourced. She did her job with only her bare hands, and a switchboard(the prototype of the Noveske Switchblock, I think), I'm not sure if she ever killed anybody, but I'm sure she put pissed alot of people off, and I know that she TERMINATED alot calls. I have never heard her say anything about her job being tactical or covert, but she did say that there were some HI-SPEED, things happening at the Company(The phone company that is)in the future.
I don't think she would be offended by this thread, or the comments herein.
As far as myself, I think this has been quite entertaining. I would love to come out and shoot, and have beers. I will not be attending SHOT in 2013, but will be there in 2014, so hold me a spot, and I'll send the ammo in advance.

Cartmann... I'm currently working with a friend who has a good amount of land that will ultimately dedicate a large portion to LR shoots (or pistol/3 gun/ect). If we get something set up in the near future, I'd like to offer you an invitation to come up and shoot... perhaps we could clear the air and share that beer lil buddy... just throwing it out there for later.

I'll retract my prior comment but I'll respectfully disagree with your position on piston guns being a hoax...

I never said Costa couldn't shoot. I'm sure he'd out shoot me on his worst day, but it doesn't change the fact the guy thinks he's god's gift to tactical shooting. And Milo... Well that was... different. I've never really understood the whole trolling thing, and I'm not sure why he is so infatuated with "operators" and "hobbyists." I would guess he was attacked on here once over something.

I definetly do not get why he cares if I want to shoot and train for something that (I know full well) will never happen. I do it because I enjoy it and it gives me a dragon to chase.

I do not care if he wants to go to the range and blast away at a berm just to hear things go bang(see it all the time at ENGC)but for me, that would be insanely boring. Just like guys who go shoot CMP matches over and over and over, seems really boring to me. Can still be very challenging, just not very fun or interesting.

Side note: I have to agree with him on the promotion bullshit. Very very few people get promoted because they are good leaders and/or good soldiers. All that political bullshit is why I got out. The army has turned from a fighting force into overgrown boyscouts. IMHO

But, if you are improving yourself to be a better soldier, not just trying to get promoted (like most are), it is very possible to be a autodidact and still get laid and have a social life. I did it.

Oh please! If you know Cartmann, he is the same way in real life! His buddies get it the hardest because they are around him more.
