Q: Please advise - Is this a true Assault Rock or when thrown does it only fly through the air and hit the head of the target just the once? If the latter I believe that calling it an assault rock may be misleading. Jan-11-13

I think that up in New England area one must have a license to carry a rock...and they are probably illegal in Illinois and DC, since they can possibly be used to protect oneself.

Hey, in the 1970's and 80's a guy glued fake eyeballs to a rock, put it in a box, and called it a pet. He made millions.

The assault rock is merely a modern day evolution of one of the greatest marketing schemes of all time. I'll say this much, if I'd thought of the pet rock, I sure wouldn't be worrying about the price of magazines these days
