My SSG 04

Hi

I´d like to show you my SSG 04 the scope i wanted so badly for this Rifle arrived yesterday

The Rifle is chambered in .308. The scope is a Kahles K312 and it´s the finest pice of opic i have ever held in my hands !

Now iam only searching for a Sling a Scope Extender and i will flaten the mount so the scope will come closer to the barrel

Great Gun and scope I had a chance shooting the same configuration while visiting in Wiener Neustadt and with Lapua 167 g match ammo it printed 5.00 cm in 300 meter for a full package of 20 rounds.
anyway if you are in Carinthia you are in one of the best places for shooters in the world, do you happen to reside in Ferlach?

No i dont live in Ferlach but i visited many gunsmiths in ferlach who build realy awesome rifles. And one of my buddys also works in Ferlach as a gunsmith at this company

Nice rifle and the scope is fantastic. Are there any interesting competitions in Austria? I go to Slovakei, we shoot up to 1000 m. Some guys from Wiena usually show up... it would be good to have more people.

I would love it to shoot at a range like 1000m were in the Slovakei is this competition? In Austria you have no interessting competitions ......only till 300m.....

The place is near Senica, guys from Wiena say it is easy and short drive. The best thing is it is not a normal shooting range. It is in a military area, so the setting is an open country.

Check it out, the matches are great. I have to drive from Prague, so 350 km there and 350 km back, but it is worth it. The matches start in March.

@ Bugaboo: Thanks for the hint! This is an awesome range! Let´s see perhaps i will check it out this year. I would be interessted in how the Steyr is doing at 1000m

@ DennisHoward: No problem mate i will hit the range today. Unfortunately i only can shoot at 100m but it´s better then sitting at home and starring at my rifle
