Probably not.
External ballistics (what happens after the bullet leaves the muzzle) will change (affecting comeups at distances); but internal ballistics (what happens only inside the bore) almost certainly will not (at least not enough to present a dominant, or maybe even noticeable difference).

+1 what Greg said. Your load should still be fine...you will just have to adjust for the change in altitude (less dense in CO, so will likely require less MOAs or Mils).
If you have a chance to peek at or buy an FDAC you can scroll through the drop changes at various altitudes. Shooting here at 5k is fun , in the summer DA is at 8-9k and down to 3k in the winter.
