I have a couple of these arm bands from Sunrise tactical. I love them, and I actually use a small black grease pencil for quick writing. It wipes right off and I can start over anytime I need. Then I just put my basic dope chart inside.

Nice, good idea on the grease pen. I try to keep a dope chart in the arm band, then write down what I need to do for each stage.
After shooting a couple of matches with it in the hot texas sun, I'll say it could use something to absorb sweat.
I like the Tyr one. It's a little stiffer than the ones that are just nylon (a good thing in my mind) and they've got some sweat-wicking material on the underside. They're more expensive though so it's a trade off. One of the internal pages is velcro tear-off too, I use it to put an extra rifles worth of dope on it when hunting so I can pass that page to my hunting buddy and I've still got my info.
