Just wanted to pass along a heads-up on a great product at a good price, with excellent customer service to back it up (T-Nuts.com). They make a bipod swivel lock that fits the Harris S-type bipod (a ratcheting, lever-type, just like the Harris-made "S-Lock"). They make them of different materials, but the model I chose was a metal handle (I think the Harris one may be nylon?), with the internals being all-stainless, and all for 1/3 the cost of the Harris one. I bought mine last year and it works perfectly. They are well-made, high-quality units.

However, I got careless and let the mounting screw get loose yesterday and lost it. I ordered a whole new unit (for 10 bucks, why not?), but also mentioned that if parts were available I would like to get a replacement screw for my first one, and gave permission to add the additional charge for it to my card. To my surprise, I got an email from the owner saying he would just throw a second, complete unit in the envelope with my order at no additional charge! Now how can you beat that?

I can beat it by purchasing an original KMW Pod-loc and not having the screw get loose/lost in the first place.
That's how...
