Wahlberg vs Cruise

his analogy totoally fucked him in the ass ..... i did hear that mark was anti gun.... with all the movies he made" Shooter" really dude .... if he is or isnt it ehh i dont lose sleep over it ... i rather have a pro gun actor playing such set roles..

Same crud over and over. Like Tommy Lee "Lonesome Dove" Jones....Mr anti-gun. I hardly ever go to movies, just buy or borrow used blu-rays and at least avoid directly giving my coin to these idiots.

May they ALL climb into the same bus, drive off a cliff, and die a fiery death.....

Wahlberg's new movie dropping around Christmas Lone Survivor will be unmatched in authenticity because of this:

“I’ve done the movies where I talk about…’God, I trained for four and a half years and I was The Fighter‘ and f-ck all that. It really means nothing. I love Marcus [Luttrell] for what he’s done and I’m a very lucky guy to do what I do and I’m proud to have been part of it, but it’s just so much bigger than what I do. I love Pete [Berg] for what he did and how committed he was,” he said. “He would never let any one of us forget about what was important in the course of making the movie and whether it was Marcus or the other SEAL guys, if they saw something that didn’t ring true, I don’t care if it was going to be the biggest stunt sequence in the movie, they would cut, call bullsh-t, and grab all of us by the f-cking neck and say ‘no do it this way, and do it right and make it real’ and if you don’t it’s a problem. I was really proud to be a part of that.” --Wahlberg

I think I'm good.

I read the book. My cash went to Mr. Luttrell.

I don't need to see a little man that (whether he knows it or not) is fu*cking up our nation, play the same one dimensional character that he does in everything he has ever done, attempt to convey the gravity of the story in Mr. Luttrell's book.

My cash will stay in my pockets - and none of my cash, will end up in Mr. Wahlberg's.

Read the second post's link, Cruise never said acting is as hard as fighting in Afghanistan. Personally, I think Wahlberg needs to leave the I'm-so-tough-I-can-kill-you-with-my-bare-hands-which-is-why-I'm-so-scarily-soft-spoken badass roles and stick to comedy which he is not bad at.

And Wahlberg has ZERO driving talent. Anyone see him drive the reasonable priced car on Top Gear (England)?

What kind of "action star" is anti gun and can't drive? Fucking lame.

At least Tom Cruise (who I am no fan of) can walk the walk for the most part. They guy has some serious talent when it comes to action things (stunts, driving, shooting, etc). That said Tom can't ride a motorcycle to save his life. When I worked with Ducati we did a "invite only" track day at Laguna Seca and Tom was a turd, despite talking big in the pits. His ego was writing checks his talent couldn't cash. I have no issue with him being a turd, but don't pretend your not. Especially when I was lapping him every 4 laps or so running "track day pace".

Why doesn't someone make me a movie star? Life's not fair. LOL!

Rant over.

I used to be a big Tom Cruise fan but he just too weird. He still makes good movies though.
