It is a sharp looking rig and for all the grief Remington takes, it is a very innovative rig. Now we need a range report complete with pictures!

14 pounds as shown, was waiting for a nightforce F1 milspec but doesn't look available anytime soon so I will be mounting a leupold mk4 m5 FFP 5.5x20x50mm mil/mil TMR for now when it comes in I will have a exact weight with scope

Can you tell me what you had Kampfeld do to your rig cause it looks nice and I am liking the prices I am seeing on his website!

Wow wish I had money to do a build like that but I have in my entire rifle what it cost for just that chassis. Vary nice looking!

Would hate to have a stubborn brass to extract with the machine on the bolt handle however.

She got some GLASS leupold mk4 M5 6.5x20x50mm mil/mil Front focal like the ones used on the xm2010 minus the horus retical, rings are NF UL high with NF Bubble level top with ADI still have to buy anybody have one?

Finally made it out to the range last week since I finished the build, took my 7 yr old son and 14 yr nephew with me, didn't go very well to start, I forgot my m14 mags so I had some AE 150 grain BT ammo for my m14 ebr but no mags, I also forgot my hornady match ammo for my R700 cadex rifle, I had only bore sighted it at home since the scope came in but figured what the hell use the ammo I got, only took 1 mag to dial her in second mag I shot my 5 round group I was highly impressed with the results considering the ammo, my nephew shot at the same target after me first time shooting at 100 yards he did very well and surrounded the bulls eye, set up a man size target at 75 yards for my 7 yr old son he hit the red center mass 3 out of 5 and the other two still on the torso, was really proud of my boy first time I let him shoot a caliber higher than 556, well overall great results cant wait to feed her with good ammo and stretch her out some more hopefully next week

Love it, I really dig your glass choice and those flutes look stunning!

Hey how did you get your rifle to kampfeld to have work done on it? Sorry but I've never shipped a rifle before and I don't understand all the info from ATF with licensees.

You get hold of Kampfeld and work out an order, then take your rifle or barreled action to UPS and ship it to him. He has a FFL, so he can receive a firearm shipped from an individual.

I am not a chasis guy. Never will be. It looks really cool though... One of the cooler tacticool ones I've seen lately.

OMG WOW and all that... Great looking concept your son and nephew will remember shooting that weapon for many many years.

The chassis is so much more versatile than glass stocks, couple odfperks include never having to bed it again, and this particular chassis any shooter can jump on and adjust it to their needs in seconds see how high it easily adjusted for my son

That is an awesome looking rig.

Best part of it is the pic of the kid shooting it. Enough to make the anti gun moms pee their britches.....

Hey how did you get your rifle to Kampfeld Custom?

You can send a firearm that you own to an FFL and receive it directly back without going through a local FFL. I don't know about other carriers, I use UPS. You tell them there's a firearm in the box, they ask if it's unloaded, and that's it.
