Has anyone had trouble with them getting your order out to you? I ordered a lower parts kit over a month ago and all I received is a email saying they got my order. Calling them is a waste of time as nobody ever picks up the phone. I called from my office today and was on hold with them ,telling me my call was important to them, for two and a half hours. I would like to order a upper from them but if this is how they run there shop im thinking ill find another place to shop.

recently dealt with PSA...short of it, i ordered 2 barreled uppers, a complete lower build kit, and then a lower parts kit, and a lower (everything for 2 builds)...i ordered it all on one order and thats were their system and confusion set in...they shipped 1 upper first, and when that upper shipped, since it had the same Order # as all the other parts, it showed everything on that Order # as 'shipped'...i called, and called...i would suggest not waiting on hold but leaving a message...i waited on hold for about an hour 1 day and finally just left a message and they actually got back to me later that evening...i explained i only got the 1 upper but everything showed shipped and they said they had separate departments that handle ffl transfer items and non ffl items so it would be coming at separate times...few days later i got only my lower build kit from my ffl, called the compliance # which i was given by the guy i talked to previously and it was easier to get in contact with them early/late in the day, not so much in the middle and was told certain items i had ordered went out of stock but they offered me replacements at the same or cheaper so i accepted...finally after about 2 weeks from receiving the first piece of my order i had all my parts and every different part came individually...both lowers went to ffl about a week apart, one lower kit came a few days before the other and 1 barreled upper came a week and a half after the first...their shipping 'system' or dept or whatever it is seems terrible but when i did talk to them they seemed to get things done quickly and were lots of help...i got everything for the 2 builds now and ive actually been impressed with the one i built for myself, as accurate as my armalite @ half the cost and has functioned 100% thru 300 rnds so far...the other is a buddy's and he wants to assemble it himself but i did put it together (then took it back apart) one night to function check it and it was nicely fitted and working as well...it really just seems like they are kind of under manned
They have good prices, but they seemed overwhelmed with orders. This has been going on for a long while now.
E-mails take 1-3 days for them to respond to you. I've had them ship me incorrect parts, or split shipments for no reason. In all they made it all right, but it can be a bit testing to deal with them.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them over the last year and only once did I not receive a parts kit with a lower and parts kit deal. I called, got a hold of someone in a few minutes and had the parts kit at my door in 3 days. Whatever your issue is they will do there best to make it right. Just be Patient and keep trying.
They're usually not quick, but it will come.

PSA have been known for very slow with their shipping. They have their own thread "Where is my order?" on AR15.com that you can post inquiry about your order and they usually reply within 24 hours.
Ordered some parts a couple weeks ago, took them a week to process the order, UPS says it should be here tomorrow. Here's hoping.
To be fair, the order page mentions a 2-5 day wait for processing, but other sites with the same warning processed my orders immediately, so I figured it was just an artifact of the early 2013 panic. Oh well, the deals are pretty good.

I can see waiting a few extra days to get my product as their prices are the best around for some good products. They've always come through for me in a somewhat timely manner.
They picked up the phone when I called. The problem I had was that they never received my FFL's info. Apparently they were just going to let my order sit in limbo for eternity until I figured out that they'd never got it. They shipped it immediately when I get them the info, though.
From what I heard from them, is that they have added to their CS department. Whenever I order I am never in a hurry and has never been over 2 weeks until I receive my order. JMHO is that their shipping department is in over their head and they need to address that. But, for the price I am willing to give them a chance to get their house in order.
They're just slow. I've ordered most all of my stuff from them because their prices are so good. I ordered an upper and it took about 3 1/2 weeks to get here which is kind of long, but there product is good so that was fine. Usually it takes them about 3 days to process an order and then about 2 weeks to get it.
I seen on Facebook today they are in the middle of a move to new building so they can deal with shipping in a timely manner.
Hahahah! Precisely how I feel about it! They will come, and with the price and quality it's worth the little extra wait!
That's really not to bad considering I ordered a part from Del-Ton in 2010 and it arrived 16 months later.
I have done a bit business with them since Nov '13, maybe 7-8 orders, always got everything I ordered no incorrect parts or missing items. *However* Sometimes I DID NOT receive order confirmation emails, sometimes I DID received shipping confirmations, totally hit and miss. One complete upper took a full month, one lower build kit took 3 weeks, one complete upper took 7 business days? With the prices they have on things it is no wonder they are so swamped with orders.

I've not had any qc our customer service issues. They are slow in getting things shipped but they have always come through. To me the prices are worth the wait. I just picked up one of their complete ptac midlength uppers for$300 and am quite happy. Not as accurate as match gun but well below milspec. 1/8 midweight, midlength,m4 ramps. The bcg is properly stalled as well.
I will never do business with them again. I ordered a Troy FDE Alpha 15 inch rail. After 10 phone calls were I actually talked to someone, 3 months they finally sent a rail. In black. I tried and tried to call them back, no luck. I talked to the Credit Card company. they said after waiting so long after being billed (yep they hit it when I ordered) I was stuck. I tried and tried to call them back. No luck. I ordered another one in FDE directly from Troy for $35 more. Total PITA. Just Say NO!!
Ive ordered a few things with no issues. Had to call Customer Service to make a correct on my FFL address and got right to them. Ive ordered two lowers two seperate times and had them within a weeks time. Ordered ammo a while back and it took a bit longer but still wasn't bad
Forgot to mention that the only things I order from them is either psa or ptac branded. With the exception of done m14 mags. They are always out of stock on other brands.
I like their prices.... I think the shipping department is overwhelmed. With that said, they've always come through for me.

Sometimes the shipping labels get fubarred, but it always gets here in a fairly timely fashion and without issue. The stuff they sell works great. Good value.
