hey all,

so i want to get a new stock and im having a hard time deciding between the two aforementioned stocks.

both seem very similiar but i dont know which would be best,

rifle is someone of an all purpose rifle, a lot of range shooting but also occasional hunting trips,

will have a rem 700 sa aac-sd 20" installed in it

looking to run a surgeon dbm

other than the manners using carbon fiber, how do the two stocks compare? why would you choose one over the other? i dont have any available to test hold or compare so unfortunately my decision will solely be based on what i read via research and on the opinions of members here.

thanks for your help

If its a choice between only those two, you can't go wrong with either one. I have the A5 I've gotta say CF is kind of a kool feature but other than that they are the same thing.

I use to run a A3-5 and now own a TF1 (folding T6A). I prefer the manners feel. Nothing particular that stands out and knocks it out of the park better but I think the manners feels better.

hey all , so i think ive made up my mind and im going to go with a manners T4A with the mini chassis and DBM system in the elite tactical carbon setup. that being said am i right in thinking that this setup is going to cost me somewhere in the 1500 dollar range for the stock?

Probably between $1300-$1500. It shouldn't be any more then $1500 though. FYI the mini-chassis is the DBM.

Looking at the stock configuration on their website, considering T4A, Carbon, 2 studs up front, 2 flush cups and Decelerator pad = $1207, not bad.
