If you're having problems getting through to Scout to cancel...

Trying to cancel my Scout membership, since Scout obviously doesn't need to get my money anymore with the forum moving back home... however, even during the stated business hours I get a recording saying the call center is closed if I select option 5 to cancel. Of course, for some stupid reason you can't cancel your membership online...

Called back and used option 1 to become a premium member... and wouldn't you know, instead of getting the "please call back during normal business hours" message when choosing option 5 to cancel someone picked up the phone immediately. If you're having problems getting through I suggest the same tactic.

Have the number to call? I was wondering how to erase my footprint there.

If option 5 to cancel responds saying the call center is closed like it did for me for 3 days, use option 1 to become a new premium member and someone will pick up the phone... stated call center hours are 9-5:30 EST
