Have seen this mentioned in a few threads but wanted to start a specific thread as these bullets become more popular. I'm shooting a 260 with a 26" Mcgowen barrel. Recently did load development with the 140 gr RDFs and h4350 and found they are shooting well with 42.3 gr of H4350 and a 0.060 jump. I had average groups shooting at .020 but was having some inconsistent feeding out of the magpul AICS mags. I found my max length for consistent feeding and shot rounds at different seating depths and .060 shot the best for me.

Has anyone found these bullets like that much of a jump?

Mine shoot at .20 thou off. The shot well at 30 thou in my last barrel. That said, I have 2 friends running them at 50 and 60 thou off. Every rifle is different.

They were weird for me in load dev. They would either be 2" groups at 100 or 1/2" or better. Kinda picky. Might be the barrel who knows.

Mine was exactly the same way. I'd been hearing 30 jump I did 20,25,30,35 they were all awful 1.25-1.5 inch groups till I shot 35 and it shrunk down to just over .25 inch groups. Also tried loading into the lands and it shot great as well but didn't like feeding from the mag as well. I may try alittle more jump after my scope gets in since those were just tests after to try a swap from the eld-m since they're so hard to find now

My Savage loves 42.3 - 42.5 grains of H-4350 behind Berger 140 VLD's, .060 off the lands. I would imagine the RDF has a similar bearing surface to the VLD.
