Fred or Cg1 can you measure the width of the ring for me? I kind of constrained with options on my mount.

Whatever the BS that gets slung about certain "personalities" in the gun world, the A1st levels are pretty damn good. We all have our preferences and there are tons of choices for scope levels but I personally choose these.

At at the end of the day its about the product itself.

I always do business with people first and Company second. I don't care how good somebody's products are, if the face of a company is a jackass I won't buy their products.

If I personally have a problem with someone, then I don't do business with them if I have a choice. However, I don't get to hang out with Mark LaRue, Todd Hodnett, whoever, and form my own personal decision about whether we're gonna be BFFs. All I can work off of is that LaRue has always treated me well as a company with good products and customer service. I've personally emailed A1st on a few occasions and until they got "big" it was TH himself replying to my emails and getting me what I needed.

I learned at the PD that if I hated everyone that someone I knew hated then I was going to end up with no one at all to talk to.

We're blessed here that there are so many industry guys that are phenomenal. That's why I've done business with Bartlein, Spartan, Atlas, Borka, Rifles Only, Triad, etc and look forward to having LRI do some work for me in the future.
