help identifying cartridge

I was given about 300 rounds of this .308 that assume is something like 147 gr ball. I have had one person say it looks like croatian ball ammo which is apparently of decent quality. Can anybody tell me what I have and what to use for B.C. and MV from a 20" barrel?

I would pull a bullet and weigh it, that should give you o a starting point

Looks like 147gr Lithuanian ball says 2700 fps here.
