Ran across a video few days ago and guy had what looked like Seekonk but was swapping tips for different torques. Don't remember where I saw it and can't find anything similar. May have been junk but would be useful if quality. Ring any bells?

Unless you are repeatedly assembling things with the same torque value one of the BORKA adjustable kits may get you more bang for the buck. http://www.shooterstools.com/Pages/ATD/atdkits.html

Thanks, I've thought about that but already have traditional adjustable torque wrenches. Seekonks are appealing but really don't have that much use for fixed torques to justify the cost of the few different ones I'd want. So thought was the fix it sticks might be a cheaper option for a few different torques.

Before you buy gun-specific wrenches, call up Pro-Torque Tools. They're who I used to get my T-handle torque wrench for the DTA HTI --exact same wrench, much less (also got the multi-tool on Amazon for half price too, and same tool!). Wrench came in different models including locking reverse, 50%+ reverse, etc. IIRC, they had wrenches like you mention, but they cost more I think and I only needed the one since I use a plain old bar style 0-60 inch-lb. torque wrench for small stuff like scope mounts and such. So sorry, I don't know prices or anything since I didn't look at them and it's been awhile.

Anyway, check 'em out, they have just about everything and they have good prices since torque wrenches are their gig. This is THE go-to for any torque wrenches, particularly specialty stuff.

Was about to grab a couple of the Fix-It stick limiters and saw these. Any experience with TorQ-Armour?

Looks exactly like Borka Tools Precision Torque Limiters (PTL), but this Amazon offering is not from Borka. We're selling PTLs in many standard and custom torque settings, and with various accessories, from 2012. So far, our PTLs proved to be a success.

TorQ-Armour branded torque limiters appeared on Amazon like 2-3 months ago.

The problem I see with TorQ-Armour, at least at this time, is that it is practically impossible to reach anybody for any questions about these torque limiters. I did try, out of pure curiosity, to find out who decided to become my "competition", but it looks like this TorQ-Armour outfit is hiding very well...

Thanks for noticing & responding. Couldn't find anything about the brand and not sure where the made in USA came from. Interesting that one of three comments mentions it looks like Borka (which caught my eye). Borka it is!

You're very welcome. Same here, I could not find anything about this brand, no web links, no phone #, no address, nothing... Very unusual and would not likely be appreciated by people who may need an easy access to the customer service.
