Suppressors Question for the TBAC guys, re: thread specs

How much "fudge factor" is built into the thread specs shown on your website? For instance, the thread spec shows that for a 5/8"-24 thread, the barrel shoulder should be no less than .725"... is there any room there for a smaller dimension? I am asking because I have a 24" 7mm Rem Mag rifle that measures .700" at the muzzle, and I'd really rather thread it at 5/8" than 9/16".

I'd like as much meat as possible to hold the muzzle brake/mount on the barrel, especially given the gas volume/pressure of the 7mm RM.
