Monday, we are told, Mueller will make significant announcements concerning the Russian investigation, including, perhaps, recommendations for indictment.

Independently of the investigation, it has been said, with greater and greater conviction, that the Democrats were in deep cahoots with the Russians to derail the Trump Train.

It's beginning to remind me of Tombstone. You got your US Marshal, your County Sheriff, and your Town Marshal, all squared off on each other.

And then you've got The Cowboys, and Doc Holliday, rarin' to go, too.

I dont doubt the leak re indictments and the unsealing of the guilty plea to lying weren’t timed to change the discussion of the last week or so re Russia/Clinton/Obama. Anyone that believes in the integrity of the us gov is foolish. I’d also say the same about anyone that speaks to the fbi.

Trump should fire Mueller, Sessions and purge the swamp things from all political positions in the fed government. Then let the congress try to impeach him.

It isn't that simple. Trump owes very few favors, if any, and everything in DC is to whom you owe one, and who owes you. You're too used to us vs. them. Trump isn't a Dem, and he isn't really GOP, either. 95% of the Dems are out for his hide, and probably 85% of the GOP. The swamp has lots of critters of all kinds.

Let me play Devil's advocate here. Mueller had to take down the liar or be exposed later as being rigged. Manifort is going down on laws rarely prosecuted to open the door to Podesta. If he does not go for Manifort but does to Podesta? The Podesta Dem defense would be that they were targeted in a way different than everyone else. That brings us to Podesta Group which opens the door for Mueller to both Uranium one and Fusion GPS. This is where the Boom is.

Mueller was involved in the Uranium One investigation that seems to have been squashed with a Presidential National Security Seal on the evidence. Trump just last week unsealed the evidence so the informant could testify before Congress. So now its game on against Hillary and Obama and Mueller is making his move. So he issued leaks and Indictments to get the focus off the place he is going next. Is Flynn the informant? Is this why he was not Indicted. Is this why He asked for immunity months ago? Was Obama Threatening him or is the informant someone else? This thing can go anywhere right now and Mueller wants to keep people guessing.

This is all complete speculation on my part

If he was ordered by Obama to keep quiet his only recourse would be to resign but he could still say nothing. He stayed hoping for the day when he could fight back. Time will tell.
