RCBS Seating die bends brass??

Do you know how much neck tension you have on those? Have you measured your necks before and after loading?
Has the brass been annealed?
You haven't really provided any information on the loading process, so it makes it hard to diagnose from a couple of pictures. What is your loading process and what are you measuring before and afterwards?

Yep,
OP, take a case, put it in shell holder, screw down die till it touches, now back off half a turn, lock ring and retighten. Adjust seating depth at will, lock that too.
If that fails take your inertia bullet puller to a picture of a RCBS product and bash away.

LOL UMM yep. Don't ask me how I know. I just didn't post pictures online when I made some cases look like that. Been a couple years ago now.

Wait till you get a case stuck in a die, that's a fun one.
My first time reloading when I was 14 the RCBS shellholder and RCBS 220 swift die wouldn't work to bump the shoulder. I was stumped, what on earth could I be doing wrong??? Gunsmith had it figured out in a minute and took a few thou off the shell holder. I showed up late as he was closing the doors, so that was nice of him to help the kid.

I crunched brass just like that too, back in 1974, and for the same reason it happened to you OP. Don't feel bad, welcome to the club......
