No Man or Woman deserves to die like that, and any short comings are between him and God him self, I am not a religious person But I am not about to judge him, The man has done nothing to us and I don't believe anyone deserves such hatred.
From how I understood the story, That McCain dragged himself out of his sick bed to vote Against the repeal of Obama Care and then right after he did that his supposedly "conservative republican" daughter lands an super cushy gig making nice money at one of the top Liberal "news" agencies... having had no experience or even trying to get into it?.....

i have much to answer for myself, and i dont know how it will go for me. all i will say about it, is i am damn glad i have my sins and shortcomings to answer for, and not their's. hopefully bill and hillary will be following him down that path shortly. and it may be closer than we know, bill looks horrible and hillary can't hide that she is having major issues as well.

McCain's the one that decided he wants to die in office. I don't feel bad about wanting him to hurry.

First thing he did as senator was get caught up in the Keating 5 scandal (check out what party the 5 belonged to, the term RINO has been around awhile).
Reagan saved his and John Glenns ass because they were "heroes".

I went into the military from Arizona roughly the same time Juan McTraitor was elected to the Senate. Initially he was a rock-solid conservative. Every time I was able to take some leave I'd go to his office to give him kudos for his work. Then I'd go to his counterpart's office (Dennis DeConcini - Commie, AZ) and request his resignation. I retired in 2005 and he is still there, well past his sell-by date.
Then came the Keating-5 scandal, and it kind of went slowly downhill from there. Given where he ended up as a Democrat with an 'R' after his name, I can't wait for him to bugger off whether by resignation or dirt-nap. He's a thin-skinned egotist who has no problem shafting his constituents as long as he can poke Trump in the eye.
History will not remember him kindly, I sure won't.

IME, voters will just elect someone with similar ideals. But they'll likely have a D next to their name.
