Winchester Model 70 mag help

So I’m building my 1st winchester and it has me pulling my hair out lol. I finally found a chassis and correct mounting bolts for the action. No I have stubbles into another issue. I can’t seem to fine any 5-10 round mags for it. My aics mags are too wide at the front of the action. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Any competent rifle builder can make the minor relief cuts t accept AICS mags. Its a standard practice on win/fn mod 70 actions.

All of my M70's have internal mags, so i have no experience with DBM versions. Can they be adapted to work with AW mags as well, or just aics?

LRI knows how to make a Winchester run with magazines. Requires machining of the action.

Action probably needs a little machining as mentioned. I've heard a few folks mention they were able to get their SPRs to work w/o any milling but I've never had any luck. Here's a couple of pics I snagged off CDIs site a few years ago.

CDI precision relieved two for me so they could run AICS pattern mags

Did you find out if LRI can machine action to have AIAW mags ? What made you decide to use Winchester action vs Remington 700 action ?
