The local sheriffs department has precedent over all other law-enforcement, including federal. Although some federal agencies do not like to admit it. The local sheriff is the Law....

North California sheriffs have been on the cutting edge of asserting their jurisdiction against federal agencies. The idea is spreading. Now, El Dorado County has taken action as well. CBS 13 (Sacramento) reports,

All of these agencies are appointed and directed by the federal executive himself. And every single one of these federal agents need state and local help. All of these usurpations originate from the Prohibition era when the 18th Amendment was ratified and the Volstead Act was signed into law. . . .
